The Service operates as a Tech Provider / technology partner integrating with Meta Platforms, Inc.'s WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Graph API, and Instagram Graph API. Use of these integrations is also governed by Meta's own terms, including the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and Meta Platform Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we may be required to report violations to Meta.
Access to paid features of the Service requires a subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be as displayed at the time of purchase or as separately communicated to you. Meta may also charge separate conversation-based or messaging fees directly, in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing, which are not controlled by us.
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All software, content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by Macroword Techzone LLP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by Meta Platforms' own API availability, maintenance, or policy changes, which are outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate Meta's policies. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macroword Techzone LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss resulting from Meta Platforms' API changes, downtime, or policy enforcement actions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our platform may provide integrations with Google services, including Google Business Profile, Google OAuth, Google Maps, Google Sheets, Gmail, and other Google APIs or services supported by the platform.
By connecting a Google account or Google service, you authorize our platform to access and process the information and permissions required to provide the selected functionality.
Users must provide valid authorization through Google's official authentication and consent process.
Users are responsible for connecting only Google accounts, Business Profiles, locations, or other assets that they are authorized to manage.
The permissions requested by our platform are used only for the features enabled by the user.
Google account and API data is used only to provide, maintain, and improve the Google-related features requested by the user.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Google services complies with Google's applicable terms, policies, and guidelines.
Our platform does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of third-party Google services.
Google services are provided and controlled by Google. Changes to Google's APIs, policies, permissions, quotas, or technical requirements may affect the availability or functionality of related features on our platform.
Users may disconnect their Google account or service from our platform at any time through the available account or integration settings. After disconnection, our platform will no longer access the Google service through the revoked authorization, subject to data retained as required for legitimate business, legal, security, or accounting purposes.
Users agree not to use Google integrations for spam, fraud, misleading communications, unauthorized access, abusive activities, or any activity that violates applicable law or Google's policies.
Our platform provides SMS messaging functionality that allows businesses and organizations to send transactional, notification, and promotional messages to their customers or users through supported SMS service providers.
Users of the platform are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from recipients before sending SMS messages where required by applicable law or messaging regulations.
Recipients should be provided with appropriate information regarding the purpose of the communication and available opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
SMS services may be used for legitimate business communications, including:

Transactional notifications

Users must not use our SMS services for:
Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
Fraudulent or deceptive communications

Harassment or abusive communications
Messages containing prohibited or unlawful content
Circumventing carrier, sender, or regulatory requirements
The customer using the SMS service is responsible for the content, recipients, sender identity, and purpose of messages sent through the platform.
Our platform may suspend or restrict messaging activity where we detect suspected abuse, spam, fraud, policy violations, or unusual messaging behavior.
SMS delivery depends on telecommunications networks, carriers, geographic coverage, sender configuration, and third-party SMS providers. We do not guarantee that every SMS will be delivered successfully or within a specific timeframe.
SMS usage may be subject to message-based charges, provider fees, carrier fees, taxes, or other applicable charges according to the selected service plan.
Users agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, advertising, consent, and messaging regulations in the countries or regions where messages are sent.
