These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TechWapi (the "Service"), operated by Macroword Techzone LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), including our website techwapi.com and application "MultiCRM". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent a business to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you have authority to connect your business's WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, and/or Instagram account to our platform.

2. Description of Service

TechWapi provides a WhatsApp Business Platform automation and management solution, allowing businesses to:

• Send and receive WhatsApp business messages via the Meta Cloud API
• Create and manage WhatsApp message templates
• Manage connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts (posts, comments, messages) where applicable
• Automate customer communication workflows, CRM, and lead management

The Service operates as a Tech Provider / technology partner integrating with Meta Platforms, Inc.'s WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Graph API, and Instagram Graph API. Use of these integrations is also governed by Meta's own terms, including the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and Meta Platform Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Connecting Your WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram Accounts

• You authorize TechWapi to access and manage your WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, and/or Instagram account solely to provide the Service, through Meta's official Embedded Signup and Login flows
• You are solely responsible for the content of messages, templates, posts, and comments sent or managed through your connected accounts
• You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Facebook Community Standards, and Instagram Community Guidelines at all times
• You may disconnect your accounts at any time through your Meta Business Settings or TechWapi dashboard

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages to recipients who have not opted in
• Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform Commerce Policy or Messaging Policy
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our platform or API access
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we may be required to report violations to Meta.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to paid features of the Service requires a subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be as displayed at the time of purchase or as separately communicated to you. Meta may also charge separate conversation-based or messaging fees directly, in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform pricing, which are not controlled by us.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by Macroword Techzone LLP or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by Meta Platforms' own API availability, maintenance, or policy changes, which are outside our control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate Meta's policies. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macroword Techzone LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss resulting from Meta Platforms' API changes, downtime, or policy enforcement actions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
