2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, password
• Business verification details required by Meta (business name, address, website, GSTIN/registration number where applicable)
• Billing and payment information (processed via third-party payment gateways; we do not store full card details)
• Support communications you send us

2.2 Information Collected via Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account to TechWapi through Meta's Embedded Signup or Facebook Login, we may access and process, on your behalf and with your authorization:

• WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, and business phone number
• Message templates you create and their approval status
• Messages sent and received through your connected WhatsApp number (content, timestamps, delivery/read status, sender/recipient phone numbers)
• Facebook Page ID, Page name, and Page content you authorize us to manage (posts, comments, messages)
• Instagram professional account ID and content you authorize us to manage (posts, comments, direct messages)
• Webhook event data sent to us by Meta (account updates, message status, template status)

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Log data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the TechWapi platform
• Enable you to send/receive WhatsApp business messages and manage templates on your connected WABA
• Enable you to manage your connected Facebook Page and Instagram account content
• Process business verification required by Meta for API access
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Provide customer support
• Send service-related notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse of our Services
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. We do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising purposes, in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Meta Platforms, Inc.: as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Graph API, and Instagram Graph API integrations, subject to Meta's own data policies

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use only and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
