Our Services are intended for business use only and are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
As we integrate with Meta Platforms, Inc., some data may be processed on servers located outside India. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023).
TechWapi offers an optional integration with Google Calendar (including Google Meet) and Google Sheets. When you choose to connect your Google account to TechWapi through Google Sign-In (OAuth), and only after you give explicit permission on Google's consent screen, we access limited Google user data so that you can schedule meetings and sync your lead data from your TechWapi dashboard.
Google Calendar and Google Meet (calendar.events scope). When you schedule a meeting from your TechWapi dashboard, we use the calendar.events permission to create the event in your own Google Calendar, along with a Google Meet video conference link. We also read, update, and delete only the events that were created through TechWapi, so that when you reschedule or cancel a meeting in TechWapi, the same change is reflected in your Google Calendar. The event information we process includes the event title, description, date, time, duration, attendee email addresses, and the Google Meet link.
Google Sheets (spreadsheets scope). When you connect a Google Sheets spreadsheet inside TechWapi, we use the spreadsheets permission to read data from and write data to the spreadsheet you select, so that your leads and contact information stay in sync between TechWapi and your sheet. The data we process includes the spreadsheet ID, sheet names, and the cell contents of the spreadsheets you connect, such as lead names, phone numbers, email addresses, and lead status. We also receive your Google account name and email address so we can show which Google account is connected to your TechWapi account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, or any other Google data beyond the permissions described in this section.
How we use Google user data. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features you have chosen to use in TechWapi, namely creating and managing meetings with Google Meet links in your Google Calendar and syncing lead data with your Google Sheets. We do not use Google user data for advertising of any kind, including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based ads, and we never sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to any third party, except when necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice to you. We do not allow any person to read your Google user data unless you give us explicit consent for specific data (for example, when you ask our support team for help), it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Storage and security of Google user data. Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form on our secured servers and are used only to carry out actions you request. We store only the minimum Google-related information needed to run the integration, such as calendar event IDs, spreadsheet IDs, and the connected Google account email address. Your calendar events and spreadsheet data remain stored in your own Google account. All data exchanged with Google is transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS.
Disconnecting Google and deleting your data. You can disconnect your Google account from TechWapi at any time from Settings → Integrations in your TechWapi dashboard, or by revoking TechWapi's access directly from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we immediately stop accessing your Google data and delete the stored Google access and refresh tokens. Any other Google-related data held by us, such as event IDs and spreadsheet IDs, is deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to keep it. You can also request deletion at any time by emailing support@techwapi.com.
Limited Use Disclosure. TechWapi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Intro paragraph. After "via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram", add: "and integrates with Google Calendar (including Google Meet) and Google Sheets for meeting scheduling and data sync."
Section 4 (How We Share Information). Add this line after the Meta point: "With Google LLC: when you connect your Google account, data is exchanged with the Google Calendar and Google Sheets APIs only to perform the actions you request, as described in Section 9."
