Data Deletion Instructions

Macroword Techzone LLP ("TechWapi") respects your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data and any data associated with your connected WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram account from our systems.

1. What Data We Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete:

• Your TechWapi account information (name, email, phone number, business details)
• Message logs, chat history, and template data stored in our systems related to your account
• Any cached Facebook Page or Instagram account data and content stored on our servers
• Access tokens and connections between your Meta assets and our platform

Note: Deleting your data from TechWapi does not delete data stored directly within Meta's own systems (e.g., your WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram account itself). To fully remove Meta's records, you should also review your settings directly in Meta Business Settings / Meta Accounts Center.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option A: In-App Request

1. Log in to your TechWapi dashboard
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Data / Delete Account
3. Confirm your request

Option B: Email Request

Send an email to [support@techwapi.com] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including:

• Your registered account email
• Your business name
• The connected phone number / WABA ID (if applicable)

Option C: Disconnect via Meta Directly

You can also revoke TechWapi's access to your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business Account at any time by visiting:

Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Remove "TechWapi / MultiCRM"
or via Meta Business Integrations Settings

Removing access here will stop TechWapi from receiving any further data from your account immediately, and will trigger our systems to process deletion of the associated data on our end.

3. Processing Time

We will process and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, even after a deletion request, strictly for the period required by applicable law.
